A family-owned business proudly serving the Glenview /Northbrook /Deerfield area along with surrounding cities of Cook and Lake Counties of Illinois. For more than 30 years, our friendly technicians have been focused on your comfort and safety. When you invite us into your home, we do everything in our power to help you solve your HVAC or Plumbing needs, from replacing your filter, performing annual maintenance, replacing your water heater, air conditioner or furnace, to major repair like replacing your sewer line or installing ductwork throughout the home, we have you covered. The owners of North Shore strive to prevent equipment break downs by providing seasonal reminders for air conditioner, water heater, sump pump and furnace reminders, Guardian Agreements that provide front of the line service, and manufacture notices of the equipment in your home.

To ensure quality, we use the latest technology in equipment and tools. We provide over 30 hours of training per year for each technician. With factory certified training with Carrier, Amana, Navien, Takagi, Rinnai, Bradford White, Weil McLain, Rheem, State, A.O. Smith, Burnham, American Standard, Moen, Goodman, Bryant, York, Ducane, Nest, Ecobee, Payne, Diakin, and others. We also participate in NATE training for our technicians.
